School Improvement  - How the program works

Each month the school promotes ONE of the ten attributes using the great teacher resources in their classroom. This consistent message establishes common language across the school. This is important in developing consistency and a clear school culture.

The attribute of the month is promoted through classroom posters displayed in classrooms and around the school. Teachers are encouraged to refer to the attributes and the simple explanations on the poster.

Other classroom teacher resources including bookmarks, stickers and pencils are also available to promote the attributes.
